results

First round of outbreak testing completed Wednesday October 28th. All staff and residents were tested, and will continue to be tested until we complete successful rounds of negative results in the 14 days from notice. We are happy to report that we do not have any positive cases in the facility, that positive person is quarantined at home.
Currently Polk County positivity rate is in the mid-level, and will require staff to test weekly. All staff are being tested at all intervals.
